Les Dunes De Fakra
Situated at an altitude of 1550m in Mount-Lebanon, Les Dunes De Fakra is consisting of sixty private ultra-luxurious villas, divided into simplexes, duplexes and triplexes ranging from 110 sqm up to 630 sqm, in the unique picturesque landscape of Fakra. Supported by an independent clubhouse and spa with indoor swimming facility, equipped with high tech gym and spa machines, in addition to turkish hammam steam room, sauna, solarium, massage room, and other specialized treatments. Buzwair Headquarter
Located in Doha, the 8,000 s.m office building has been designed to meet the client's futuristic architectural taste. It will be made out of steel structure, covered with curtain glass and aluminum sheets. The outside elevations will be provided with fiber-optical installation for night lighting effects. The Buzwar headquarter will feature five office stories and tvo underground parking levels for eighty car stalls.
Adma Bay View
Two high-end residential blocks for a total built up area of 3600 sqm, with an underground parking of 1500 sqm and a shared outdoor swimming pool. Each block features four floors.
Adma 982
Residential buildings located in the luxurious area of Adma Lebanon, consisting of 4 blocs. Each bloc will feature 4 floors, 2 apartments per floor, overlooking the Mediterranean sea The Complex is located in a very fancy luxurious and quiet neighborhood.

Azar Residences
Located on the charming village of Aramoun, overlooking the beautiful bay of Jounieh, the 800 s.m villa has been designed to meet the client's love for Lebanese Architecture. The villa will be used for summer vacation and some winter week-ends. The basement will be allocated for car parks, fitness room, playing room and maids quarters. The ground-floor will be allocated for living area, dining area, kitchen and a small office. The first floor will be allocated for a master bedroom and three bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.
Makhzoumi Villa
Located on the snowy mountain of Faqra, at 1,800 m of altitude, the 3,900 s.m four storey secondary residence villa has been designed to meet all the confort needed in a regular villa. This private property will be used for vacation during summer time, and on week-ends during winter time. The first floor will be allocated for the bedrooms, the ground-floor for reception and dining, the first basement for swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, recreational area, industrial kitchen and services and the second basement for the maids and twenty five cars parking spaces.
Chemlan Villa
Located on the suburb mountain of Beirut, at 800 m of altitude, the 7,500 s.m project will feature a 4,000 s.m main villa, two 1,500 s.m guest villas and a 500 s.m staff and drivers block. The 15,000 s.m landscaped lot will feature all kind of fruit trees, exotic plantations, water falls, pergolas, gazebos, artificial lac, swimming pool and a tennis court. The first floor of the main villa will be allocated for the bedrooms, the ground-floor for reception and dining, the first basement for swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, recreational area, industrial kitchen and services.

Habtoor Farmhouse
Located in the area of Khawaneej near Dubai, the 71,532 s.m land will feature a vacation farm-house for the Habtoor family. The project will consist of a 1,700 s.m Main House for Mr and Mrs Habtoor, a 1,350 s.m Guest House for the friends and five 300 s.m Bungalows for their childrens. The client wanted a modern futuristic Architecture built with stainless steel and wood.
Dbaye 591
Located between the main north of Beirut highway and the new Marina highway, this 14 storey building has 3,900 s.m of luxurious apartments spread on 9 stories, 2,100 s.m of commercial spread on 3 stories and 2 underground parking stalls of 2.400 s.m. This project's site enjoys excellent scenic advantages with views of the Marina and the sea to the west and the mountains to the east.

THE CONTRACTORS Landscape Department has developed a permanent team of professional landscape architects, chemical technicians, and floriculturists all trained to solve the most challenging situations.
The scope of our work includes: master planning ; site planning; environmental restoration; parks and recreation planning; green infrastructure; irrigation management; landscape enhancements; seasonal floral displays; installation of plant materials, pavers, stone walls, water features, patios, night lighting, and formal gardens; to mowing, pruning, spraying, edging, fertilizing, and aeration…, all at varying scales of planning, management and execution.
In order to promote healthier, long-lasting landscape for our clients to enjoy, we establish annual maintenance contracts that provide service on a year-round basis.
